Daina Certificate IV in Swimming Pool & Spa Service (Store Manager) has been involved in the Pool & Spa industry for most of her working life. She started with us in 2004 initially part time and then full time in the capacity of Store Manager. Daina's attitude to the business, work colleagues and, most importantly, our customers assures satisfaction on every level.
Adam commenced fulltime work with Poolside Frankston in October 2012. Previously working in the fitness industry, he had already spent several years maintaining a commercial swimming pool. Subsequently Adam had no difficulties making the transition. He has since spent several months training in field service work. Health and fitness remain a large part of Adam's life outside of work.
MarkCertificate IV in Swimming Pool & Spa Service (Senior Technician)started with us a few days before Christmas in 2007 - Talk about being thrown in the deep end (...no pun intended). However starting at such a busy time was no problem for Mark, who has spent most of his working life in the Pool industry, he hit the ground running. As a Service Technician, Marks commitment and pride in a finished job is second to none, making him a core part of the business in both our eyes as well as our customers.
Ben started with us in August 2016. However he got off to a rocky start when he slipped and sprained his ankle while on a job which meant he had most of his first summer off recovering. Ben has over ten years experience in the industry and even though he barricks for the swans ( blah ) we still think he does a pretty good job!
Sue has been in the industry for over 30 years and in that time owned her own pool shop in Mt Eliza for 15 years. Sue started work with us on a casual basis back in 2003 but took 5 years off to travel around the country in a motor home (including Tasmania) before re commencing work with us in October 2016. Sue is happy to have a chat about most things and loves her lawn bowls but hates leaving work early and will always be here until closing time!
Rachel became a member of our team in 2004. Her primary role is to manage our accounts department but, with Rachel being such a great team player, she's often helping our shop staff when the shop is busy. Rachel's "bright and cheery" personality is very contagious so look out!
