Jeff Batchelor. (Owner) Jeff started and has owned and operated his Business since September 1990. Jeff and his team are among the most experienced in the Pool and Spa Industry and give the business a professional and friendly approach to customers
Daina. (Shop Manager) Daina has been involved in the Pool & Spa industry for over 18 years. Daina's professional attitude to the business assures customer satisfaction on every level.
Mat. Mat joined the team in 2006 and has been working on Pool's for approximately 7 years. Mat is an integral part of both our shop and service department
Mark. Mark is our newest employee starting in 2007. Mark has been involved in the Pool industry for over 10 years and comes to us with a wealth of experience.
Steven. Steven is our youngest team member, still at school and working here on weekends. Steven is in charge of our water testing laboratory.
Geoff. (Alias Barney) Geoff has been involved in retailing for most of his life and joined our team in 2002. Geoff's experience in delivering great customer is invaluable
Rachel Rachel became a member of our team in 2004 and not only does she manage our accounts department but she has very quickly become an important part of our shop team.
Jackson started, his part time / school holidays job, with us a month before his 17th Birthaday in 2008. In 2011, after finishing high school, he began his Degree in "Batchelor of Mechanical Engineering" at RMIT. Emely, (alias M) started with us in 2010 when she was just 17 years old. Even with her young years she already had some water testing experience when she sarted. M has not only continued to gain more and more knowledge in our industry but she has also started her Degree in "Batchelor of Nursing" at Monash University in 2011. M is an important part of our team. (It's great to have someone around with a nursing back grounnd - espcially as Jeff is getting older!!)
